Our Team

Dr. Ify Elebo is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She spent her undergraduate years at Ambrose Alli University, Mid-Western Nigeria where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry with Honors. She also attendedNorthern Virginia Community College and ECPI University Virginia Beach for a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Dr. Elebo later obtained a Master of Science Degree with specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner and a Post Grad Certificate in Nursing Education from South University, a Post Grad Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Radford University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from South University Savannah Georgia.

Dr. Elebo has extensive experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Sub/Post Acute Care, Long Term Care, Correctional Medicine, and Mental Health. Due to her interest in serving patients in the community, she launched Elgreat Healthcare Services LLC in 2020, initially as a Home Health Agency, and subsequently as a Primary Care Center.

 
Dr. Elebo participates with most insurance carriers, and she is currently accepting new patients of all ages across the life span.
